Self-care habits for improved mental wellbeing

Have you begun to feel exhausted, uninspired or just generally out of sorts? Keep away from caffeine as it gets close to bedtime, limit your exposure to blue light, and consider finding ways to calm your mind and body in the lead up to bedtime, such as having a relaxing bath or reading your book. Schedule self-care time 

When it comes to making time for self-care, if you feel that you won’t be able to make time in your day for some self-care activities, consider setting aside a chunk of time. If you are going to actually practice self-care, then you need to make time to do so. Stay active

Whether it’s meeting up with your loved ones face-to-face or speaking to them via video call, it doesn’t matter – all that matters is that you take the time to socialise with the people you care about.
